Online Group Learning

Each week, you'll dive into a new "module" with accompanying handouts. This typically requires about 1-2 hours of your time to watch, take notes, and another 2-3 hours to complete homework assignments.

After three weeks of lessons, we have an implementation week to catch up or revisit any important topics that need extra attention. But building your dream practice involves more than just lessons; that's where our unique approach comes into play.

Coaching & Support 

We recognize that clinicians like you often know what needs to be done but struggle with implementation. Our live Zoom coaching calls are designed to help you break through any self-sabotaging behaviors and obstacles.

These 60-minute sessions are recorded in case you can't attend them live, but we do ask that you don't miss more than 2 calls throughout our journey together. So, block your calendars, and we'll send you event invites to ensure you're always in the loop.

Who is Launch Bootcamp for?

You join other practice leaders launching their clinics around the same time during this cohort-based program, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.

How Does it Work?

The program is divided into key phases:

  1. Pre-work phase - 3+ months from launch
  2. Foundation Phase  - 3 months from launch
  3. Setup Phase - 2 months from launch
  4. Launch Phase - 1 month from launch

Each phase covers specific milestones, from laying the groundwork and operational setup to preparing for a successful launch. This structured approach ensures that all crucial aspects of starting a DPC clinic are covered step-by-step, helping you build a solid foundation and execute a successful launch.

When Should I Join?

Ideally, you should join the course three months prior to your planned launch date and have completed the pre-work section prior to this. If you are joining late, you will be added to a cohort launching around the same time, and you can catch up by listening to prior lessons and completing the assigned tasks.
