Online Group Learning

Each week, you'll dive into a new "module" with accompanying handouts. This typically requires about 1-2 hours of your time to watch, take notes, and another 2-3 hours to complete homework assignments.

After three weeks of lessons, we have an implementation week to catch up or revisit any important topics that need extra attention. But building your dream practice involves more than just lessons; that's where our unique approach comes into play.

Coaching & Support 

We recognize that clinicians like you often know what needs to be done but struggle with implementation. Our live Zoom coaching calls are designed to help you break through any self-sabotaging behaviors and obstacles.

Who is DPC Launch Bootcamp for?

The DPC Launch Bootcamp is for practitioners preparing to launch their direct care practice for the first time. You could be moving from a fee-for-service model to direct care, graduating from residency and starting your own practice, opening a clinic after years working in a big health system, or anything in between.

What does DPC Launch Bootcamp include?

The DPC Launch Bootcamp includes a comprehensive curriculum, DPC mentor, private group chat, weekly live classes, and so much more.

The curriculum is broken up into two sections: building the foundation of your practice and planning to launch. The Foundations phase includes topics like finding your ideal patient, setting up your clinic space, getting your legal documents in order, and putting together a financial plan. The Launch phase covers creating a great member experience, interacting with your local community, and opening your clinic.

How much does DPC Launch Bootcamp cost?

How does DPC Launch Bootcamp work?

The DPC Launch Bootcamp is a 12-week, cohort-based learning program. Cohorts consist of small groups of 10-30 practitioners who go through the program together. Each week, we bring in an expert to walk through that week’s topic and answer your questions.

Every cohort also has a mentor to support them throughout the program. We pick mentors who have launched and run their own direct primary care practice, so you get to learn from someone who’s been in your shoes.

When does the next cohort begin?

The next DPC Launch Bootcamp starts on May 6, 2025 and meets every Tuesday at 11am PDT / 2pm EDT. Space is limited as we cap each cohort to 30 people. Register now to reserve your seat!
