About the Program
Hint's new DPC conversion program is an intensive 6-week virtual bootcamp designed for practices currently operating in a fee-for-service primary care model. As a participant, you'll be guided through a 6-week process that will end with your practice completing the transition to a pure (DPC only) or hybrid (DPC + FFS) business model.
Your guide throughout the process will be practice conversion expert, Lauren Tancredi. Using proven methods she’s developed with practices over the last 10 years, Lauren will coach you through designing your DPC offering and announcing it to your patients and the world. Along the way, you'll learn the best practices for starting and running a sustainable DPC practice, and you'll get simple tools and templates that take the guesswork out of sales, marketing, operations, and more.
